Recipe for eel soup

Here is a classic recipe for eel soup:

Ingredients:

1 kg of eel fillet
1 large onion, sliced into rings
3-4 potatoes, diced
2 carrots, sliced into circles
1 large onion, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 bay leaves
5-6 grains of pepper

Instructions:
